Most on-call tools charge $21–$41 per user per month, which means your costs scale linearly with team size. What monitoring tools can I connect?

Statux Alerts works with any tool that can send webhooks, including Datadog, Prometheus/Alertmanager, Grafana, New Relic, AWS CloudWatch, Sentry, and many more. You can also use our REST API to create alerts programmatically from CI/CD pipelines or custom scripts.

Are SMS and phone calls included?

SMS notifications are included on Team and higher plans. Phone call notifications are available on Enterprise plans. All plans include email notifications, push notifications via our mobile apps, and webhook integrations for Slack and Teams.

Does this work with Statux Pages and Synthetics?

Yes. Statux Alerts, Statux Pages, and Statux Synthetics all share the same organization and user management. You can connect Synthetics monitors to trigger Alerts, and automatically update your status page when incidents are created or resolved. Bundle all three products for a discounted rate.

What happens if nobody acknowledges an alert?

When an alert goes unacknowledged, it follows your escalation policy. You define the timeout at each level (e.g., 5 minutes), and if the current responder doesn't acknowledge, the alert automatically escalates to the next person or team. You can configure multiple escalation levels to ensure no alert is ever missed.
